The Magnetude patent-pending magnetic eyeliner and false eyelash system lets you have beautiful eyelashes quickly, easily and painlessly. Our secret is the patent-pending cosmetic-grade magnetic eyeliner paired with high quality lashes embedded with incredibly strong yet tiny magnets. No glue! No sticky tape adhesive! Just beautiful eyeliner and beautiful lashes. Magnetude Eyeliner and Lashes couldn't be easier to use. The eyeliner is applied the same as any eyeliner. Just apply the liner, let dry, and the lashes softly 'click' onto the magnetic eyeliner. That's it!

The ingredients in the our Magnetic Eyeliner are: Acrylates Copolymer, Water, Alcohol Denat., Poly(vinyl alcohol), Butylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Xanthan gum, Ethylhexylglycerin, Fexenol, Phenoxyethanol, Iron Oxides May Contain: Titanium Dioxide It is gluten free, vegan and not tested on animals. We use only ingredients that have been extensively tested and proven to be safe to use in cosmetics that are near the eye and are recommended by the FDA for use in eye cosmetics.

Other magnetic lashes on the market consist of two magnetic lashes which clamp together over your natural lashes. That's 3 rows of lashes for each eye! With Magnetude™, the eyeliner and mascara themselves are magnetic, and a single upper lash attaches to the liner magnetically, then sets quickly to keep them on all day! Unlike other lashes on the market, Magnetude™ is quick, easy and comfortable.

Ensure your mascara/eyeliner is completely dry before applying your lashes It is very important that your Magnetude mascara and eyeliner are completely dry before applying your lashes. If you apply lashes on top of wet eyeliner or mascara, the product will dry to the magnets on the lash as well as your eye lid. This can lead to eye irritation from pulling off lashes that have adhered to the lash-line and the deterioration of the lash - especially the magnets.  This is especially important to pay attention to in the corners of the eye. We have noticed in usability research that customers will go back and touch up the corner of their eyelids because they did not get full coverage on the lash line.  This often results  in the lashes not magnetically attaching on the ends. After waiting two minutes for the liner to dry, we've noticed that some customers can be impatient when they have to add additional product in the corners after waiting two minutes already. They place the lash well before the touch up has dried, and this causes the magnets on the ends to adhere to the eyeliner/mascara which leads to eye irritation and magnets pulled loose. 

We make a remover called Shake It Off that's formulated to remove Magnetude Magnetic Eyeliner but you can also use any 2-phase makeup remover (shake up type). It's best to wash your face first then use a cotton pad with your remover on it. If you have difficulty removing the liner hold the pad over the liner for a few seconds to soften it. It's important that you do not clean the lashes or magnets with liquids. This will damage the lashes.

Our super cool mini anchor magnets are great for adding a bit more stability or hold. You can use the lashes with or without the anchors and you can even use the lashes with or without Magnetic Eyeliner (although it's MUCH easier to put them on with it!) You can use 1 or more anchors per lash. For quick extra hold on each end, use two, one each for the inner and the outer corners.   To apply, hold the anchor by the small hairs under your natural lash where there is a top magnet. They will connect easily. Be careful not to pinch your skin. They can be used in the corners or across all of the lashes. We are so sorry! There are a few reasons that your liner may have an odd consistency. 1. It may have settled a little bit during shipping. Quick Fix: Stir it with the wand and see if that immediately fixes the problem.  2. There could possibly be a problem with the seal. 3. You may have gotten dry liner in the bottle. If you have used the liner and it was fine but then you noticed it thickening up it's likely to be from wiping the brush on the edge of the liner or the liner drying on the brush. We have found that the liner can dry on the brush if it's left out for too long. Reintroducing the dry or semi dry brush to the liner in the bottle causes it to get clumpy in the bottle because it doesn't dissolve back into the liner. This happens when liner dries on the edge and falls into the bottle. That can cause a reaction that makes the liner thicken and clump. Quick Fix: To cure this, soak the brush in warm water for 10 minutes then clean the brush in your makeup remover. That should solve the problem. If one of the quick fixes above is not effective and your purchase was less than 14 days ago please submit a support inquiry to us. Be sure to include a photo and the order number and we'll assist you in replacing it.

Sometimes there can be a small learning curve since magnetic eyeliner is not applied the same as lash glue. Here are the reasons that you may be having an issue and ways to make sure they work great for you. 1. The liner was wet when you applied the lashes. The liner needs to be dry to the touch when you apply it. It'snot a lash glue so it won't adhere when wet. 2. You need more liner. You need to use 2 coats but sometimes people use extremely thin coats. If it's not working add another coat or two and allow it to dry before putting on the lash. You can also add an extra little bit at the corners. 3. The magnets are dirty. Be sure to clean them off between applications. Do not wet or soak the lashes themselves. That will cause damage to the lashes. 4. A magnet is missing. Be sure to check and make sure both lashes have all of their magnets. 5. Anchors! We include 8 anchors that you can use in the corners to make sure your lashes stay secure if you are prone to moister skin or more difficult conditions, like a lot of wind or moist weather. Be sure to try the anchors, they are awesome! 6. The liner may have settled a bit during transit. If it seems chunky, thin or is not dark black stir it well with the wand. If that does not immediately fix the problem please submit a support inquiry that includes a photo and the order number and we will assist you in replacing the liner if it is defective. You can also use whatever eyeliner you like then use our Magnetic Eyeliner over it, if that's easier for you. We know most people have a liner they already like and are comfortable with. They can be used together.

Although it's very unusual, sometimes people are sensitive to our cosmetics.  Unfortunately, allergic reactions can develop to products even if you've used them many times before. You could also have an eye or skin infection. We recommend consulting with your doctor if you have any reaction or sensitivity. We have a 10 day return policy for all cosmetics. If it is within that time frame you can return it for a full refund. 

We want you to love our cosmetics as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a purchase made from our website, we have return options available. To be eligible for refunds: • Products must have been purchased through our website. • Returns must be accompanied by all original components. • All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip included in your delivery. Please read the refund/return policy carefully. In order to be fair to all of our Affiliates and customers, we cannot make exceptions to this policy. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Shipping: We do not provide return shipping labels or cover costs to return orders. Refund Period – Cosmetics: Cosmetic items (not including lashes) are refundable up to ten (10) days, no questions asked, from the date listed on the order delivery confirmation. Refund Period – Lashes: Lashes are refundable up to three (3) days after the delivery confirmation. That means that you have three (3) days from the time the lashes arrive to contact support. Lashes must be returned with all of the components, including the Lash Anchors. Third Party Vendors: Items purchased from auction sites such as eBay, other third-party retail sites or in-person transactions are not eligible for return or refund. All refunds must be initiated by the original purchaser. Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us, include a photo of the damaged item and your order number within three (3) business days of the delivery confirmation date and we will replace the item(s). Replacements must be of the same product and style. Defective items may not need to be returned in order to receive a replacement. Missing Parcels: It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their order is sent to a secure location such as a locked mailbox. We cannot provide refund or replacement on merchandise stolen, lost or missing after delivery is confirmed. Return to Sender: Items returned to us by the USPS marked as undelivered or marked as return to sender will be refunded and the order will be canceled. Misuse: TCBs Boutique reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our returns policy (such as excessive returns, unauthorized re-seller activity or fraud).
